- First, take out the leftovers of grits and place them in an All-Clad Nonstick Pot.
- Next, add the bone broth and chives and warm through.
- Then, turn off the heat and pour the grits onto a nonstick baking sheet. Let it cool to room temperature, and then refrigerate it for 30 minutes to 1 hour to cool completely.
- Finally, using a biscuit or empanada cutter, cut the cooled grits into patties. Continue this step until all of the grits have been used.

- Then, reduce the heat to a simmer and cook the grits for 15-20 minutes. You may need to stir the grits from time to time to prevent clumping.
- Next, add 1 tbsp. of finely sliced chives into the grits and stir.
- Then, turn off the heat and pour the grits onto a nonstick baking sheet. Let it cool to room temperature, and then refrigerate it for 30 minutes to 1 hour to cool completely.
