Make the Crawfish and Rice Stuffing

  1. First, in an All-Clad Nonstick Pot, bring the Beef or Chicken Broth (or water) to a boil.
  2. Next, add one cup of rice and stir into the liquid.
  3. Then, pop a lid onto the rice and reduce the heat to simmer.
  4. Next, cook the rice for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Finally, fluff the rice once it finishes cooking, and then turn the heat off.

  1. First, in an All-Clad Nonstick Pan, melt 4 tbsp. of Unsalted Butter over medium heat.
  2. Next, add the diced onion and bell pepper and cook until translucent (about 3-5 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Then, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Next, add the Crawfish tail meat and stir to combine them with the other ingredients.
  5. Then, add the Cajun Seasoning and stir to combine.
  6. Next, add the Heavy Cream (or Coconut Milk) and cook for about 1 minute. Turn off the heat.
  7. Finally, pour the Crawfish mixture into the cooked rice and stir to combine. If you’d like to add more Cajun seasoning, do so now.

Melt the Butter and Add the Diced Onion and Bell Pepper

First, in an All-Clad Nonstick Pan, melt 4 tbsp. of Unsalted Butter over medium heat. Next, add the diced onion and bell pepper and cook until translucent (about 3-5 minutes). Season with salt and pepper. (Note: the bell pepper is not pictured because it was an afterthought, but after adding it, it truly pumped up the flavor).

Add the Garlic and Cajun Seasoning

Next, add the Crawfish tail meat and stir to combine them with the other ingredients. Then, add the Cajun Seasoning and stir to combine.

Add the Heavy Cream

Preparing, Stuffing, and Securing the Chicken Breasts

  1. First, preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Next, in a Ziploc bag, place a chicken breast inside.
  3. Then, using a meat mallet, pound the chicken breast into a thin, even layer.
  4. Next, season both sides of the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
  5. Then, take 1/4 c. of the Crawfish stuffing and spread it across the chicken breast.
  6. Next, take one end of the chicken breast and begin to roll it tightly (almost like you’re rolling dough for a Sourdough Cinnamon Roll).
  7. Then, place two to three pre-soaked toothpicks into the chicken to hold it together. (Note: if you do not presoak your toothpicks, you run the risk of them catching fire in the oven).
  8. Finally, place the Cajun-Stuffed Chicken Breasts into a baking pan and drizzle with Olive Oil.

  • 4 tbsp. Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 c. Heavy Cream (or Coconut Milk)
  • Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 c. Long-Grain Rice (or Cauliflower Rice if you're Keto or want low-carb)
  • 2 c. Beef or Chicken Bone Broth (or Water)
  • 8-12 Presoaked, Toothpicks
