- Orange Juice
- Brown Sugar

- First, in an All-Clad pot, combine all of the ingredients.
- Next, turn the heat to medium, and stir to combine all of the ingredients.
- Then, bring the mixture to a slow boil, stir, and reduce the heat to a simmer.
- Next, allow the jam ingredients to simmer for 15-20 minutes, with the lid on.
- Then, turn the heat off and remove the lid from the pot.
- Next, allow the mixture to cool for 10 minutes.
- Finally, using a potato masher, immersion blender, or regular blender, blend to the desired consistency.
Combine the Ingredients


Bring to a Boil; Reduce to a Simmer for 15-20 Minutes


Cool Slightly; Blend to Desired Consistency
