Apple Spice Cake Ingredients
- King Arthur Cake Flour
- Baking Powder
- Baking Soda
- Pink Salt
- Ground Cinnamon
- Ground Ginger
- Ground Nutmeg
- Avocado Oil
- Coconut Sugar
- Dairy Free Milk
- Unsweetened Applesauce
- Grated Granny Smith Apple
- Sourdough Discard or Plain Greek Yogurt
- Mascarpone Cinnamon Glaze

Creating the Apple Spice Cake Batter
- First, in a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
- Next, using a Dough Whisk, mix all of the dry ingredients together.
- Then, add the wet ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Finally, the Apple Spice Cake batter is ready!

Baking and Cooling the Apple Spice Cake
- First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Next, spray a Bundt or Bundt Quartet Pan with Avocado Oil.
- Then, evenly distribute the batter into each of the Bundt Quartet Pans.
- Once the batter fills the pans, tap the pan on the counter to reduce or eliminate any air bubbles.
- Then, bake the cakes for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Next, gently remove the cakes from the Bundt Quartet Pans by flipping the pan onto a wire cooling rack.
- Note: I used this article to help me when I was first learning how to remove Bundt cakes from Bundt pans.
- Finally, let the cakes cool to room temperature prior to icing them with the Mascarpone Cinnamon Glaze.
