Sorrel Glazed Salmon Ingredients
- Sorrel Jam
- Salmon filets
- Salt and Pepper

Preparing the Salmon
- First, preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Next, remove the Salmon filet(s) from the packaging and set it on a cutting board.
- Then, dry the filets using a paper towel.
- Next, season the filets with salt and pepper.
- Then, using a pastry brush, brush the Sorrel Jam over the top of the Salmon filets.
- Finally, place the glazed Salmon on top of a sheet of parchment paper and on a baking sheet.

Baking the Sorrel Glazed Salmon
- First, once the oven is preheated, place the baking sheet into the oven.
- Next, bake the filet(s) for approximately 18-20 minutes.
- Then, remove the baked Salmon from the oven.
- Finally, brush any remaining Sorrel Jam over the top of the baked Salmon prior to serving.

Reglaze the Filet of Salmon with the Sorrel Jam

Serving the Sorrel Glazed Salmon
- First, place the cooked grain of your choice, such as rice, on the plate.
- Next, carefully place a filet of Salmon onto the rice or grain.
- Then, spoon the sauteed vegetables on the side of the plate.

This meal is best if eaten the day of. I would not, personally, recommend saving salmon for leftovers and reheating.
