  3. Then, remove the sheet pan. Increase the temperature in the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  4. Finally, score the crackers using a Pizza or Pasta Cutter. (You’ll want to score the crackers in the shape of a square or rectangle).

  4. Next, allow the crackers to cool to room temperature.
  5. Finally, serve the crackers with any dip, on a charcuterie board, as a replacement for store-bought crackers, and more!
    • To store, place the crackers in an airtight container and leave them on the counter for up to 1 week.

Notes

You can control the salt in these crackers by eliminating the sea salt that is sprinkled over the crackers after the first bake.

I would encourage you to use your favorite herbs to pair with the cheese in these crackers, or you can eliminate the herbs altogether depending on your taste preferences.
