It’s naturally rich in antioxidants, lower in calories, and free from artificial additives or growth hormones. Plus, choosing wild-caught supports sustainable fishing practices and helps preserve the natural ecosystem.

The Benefits of Air Frying

Air frying has become increasingly popular for its ability to create crispy, flavorful dishes with significantly less oil than traditional frying methods. With an air fryer, you can achieve that perfect crust without compromising on health. In other words, air frying is quick, convenient, and requires minimal cleanup.

Storing Leftovers

Salmon, like many seafood dishes, is best enjoyed the day it is cooked. I would not recommend keeping this as leftovers as salmon is not super pleasant to reheat. However, if you disagree and would like to keep this as leftovers, store it in an airtight container and in the refrigerator for up to two days.
