Marinating the Chicken

  3. Then, place the chicken and mix into the marinade until the chicken is fully coated.
  4. Finally, marinate the chicken for a minimum of 30 minutes or a maximum of 12 hours (overnight).

Cooking the Za’atar Chicken

  1. Once the Za’atar chicken has marinated for at least 30 minutes, preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Next, place the marinated chicken into the skillet.
  3. Then, cook the chicken for 8-10 minutes on one side.
  4. Next, flip the chicken to the second side and cook for 10 more minutes.
  5. Then, pour about 1/4 c. of water into the skillet, pop a lid over the top, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Finally, turn the heat off the stove and get ready to plate your meal!
