Za’atar Chicken Ingredients
- Organic Chicken (Breasts, Legs, or Thighs)
- Za’atar
- Ground Turmeric
- Garlic Cloves
- Bellwether A2 Yogurt
- Salt and Pepper

Marinating the Chicken
- First, in a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the chicken.
- Next, using a fork or whisk, mix until well combined.
- Then, place the chicken and mix into the marinade until the chicken is fully coated.
- Finally, marinate the chicken for a minimum of 30 minutes or a maximum of 12 hours (overnight).


Cooking the Za’atar Chicken
- Once the Za’atar chicken has marinated for at least 30 minutes, preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Next, place the marinated chicken into the skillet.
- Then, cook the chicken for 8-10 minutes on one side.
