- Salted Butter, Room Temperature
- Cream Cheese, Room Temperature
- Organic Cane Sugar
- Mexican Vanilla
- Organic Milled Flour
- Baking Powder

- Organic Tangerine Juice
- Watkin’s Chai Spice

- In a Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer fitted with a Paddle attachment, cream the butter, cream cheese, and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Next, add the other ingredients (except the flour). Mix until combined.
- Note: Reserve 1 tbsp. of Chai spice to sprinkle over the tops of the baked cookies.
- Then, add the flour, one cup-at-a-time. Mix until just combined.
- Finally, the Chai Cream Cheese Cookie dough is ready!

- First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Next, fill a small bowl with warm water.
- Then, prepare the baking sheets by lining with parchment paper or silicone sheets.
- Next, using a cookie scoop, scoop the dough out of the mixing bowl.
- Then, wet your hands and roll into a ball of dough.
- Note: This dough is super sticky, so wetting your hands prevents the dough from sticking to your hands.
- Finally, place the cookies about 2 inches apart on the baking sheets.

- Once the oven is preheated, place the sheets of cookie dough in.
- Next, bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned on the bottom and top.
