The Inspiration Behind the Peach Burrata Salad

I LOVE a good farmer’s market! One of my favorite things to do when visiting different towns is touring a few markets and letting the fresh produce speak! Recently, while in Colorado, my mom and I visited a local farmer’s market and were blown away by the Palisade Peaches and Heirloom Tomatoes. Thus, came the inspiration for this recipe. Trust me, fresh is best here!

You may wonder why thyme is used instead of basil. Well, let me tell you. I’m not a huge fan of Basil. Furthermore, fresh thyme leaves pair beautifully with Heirloom Tomatoes and juicy Palisade Peaches.

However, if you’re a lover of Basil, the herbs can be swapped and the recipe will still be delicious! Therefore, I invite you to take a pass through a local market, enjoy the beauty fresh produce brings, and let your recipe imagination run wild! Finally, enjoy the Peach Burrata Salad recipe!
