Forming the Gluten-Free S’mores Cookies

  1. First, using a cookie dough scoop, scoop the dough out and place it onto a baking sheet.
  2. Next, press a miniature marshmallow into each ball of dough.
  3. Then, roll the ball in your hand and smooth the edges to ensure the marshmallow is hidden inside the dough. Place the cookie dough back onto the baking sheet.
  4. Next, repeat steps 1-3 until all of the cookies have been formed.
  5. Finally, refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.

Refrigerate the Raw Gluten-Free S’mores Cookies for 30 Minutes
