  1. First, in a Food Processor or High-Speed Blender, combine the coconut flakes, oats, hemp hearts, chia seeds, dates, coconut oil, Spirulina, and Matcha.
    • Note: If you prefer a stronger Spirulina taste, add 1 1/2 tsp. However, if you prefer a less potent taste, add 1/2 tsp.
  2. Next, pulse the ingredients until a sticky dough is formed.
  3. Then, using a tablespoon cookie scoop, measure out the dough balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Next, transfer to the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
  5. Finally, the Matcha-Spirulina Energy Balls are ready to enjoy!

  • 1/3 c. Organic Sprouted Oats
  • 2 tbsp. Organic Hemp Hearts
  • 2 tbsp. Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 c. Medjool Pitted Dates
  • 2 tbsp. Coconut Oil, Melted
  • 1/2 - 1 1/2 tsp. Green or Blue Spirulina
  • 2 tbsp. Matcha Powder
