Preparing the Cornflake-Crusted Chicken Tenders

  1. First, on a large plate, combine the crushed cornflakes, cheese, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Next, pour the dairy-free milk into another mixing bowl.
  3. Then, place each of the chicken tenders on a cutting board and season it with salt and pepper.
  4. Next, dip each tender into the milk and then into the cornflakes. Ensure the chicken is fully coated with the cornflake mixture.
  5. Finally, set the prepared protein onto a cutting board.

  1. First, take out the air fryer.
  2. Next, pull out the basket to the air fryer and lightly drizzle with Avocado Oil.
  3. Then, place the Cornflake-Crusted Chicken Tenders in a single layer in the basket.
  4. Next, set the heat to 390 degrees Fahrenheit and “fry” it for 10-15 minutes.
    • Note: Flip the tenders halfway through the “frying” process to ensure both sides are evenly crispy.
    • Note: Repeat steps 3-4 until all have been “fried.”
  5. Finally, serve the Cornflake-Crusted Chicken Tenders alongside Half Baked Harvests’ Hot Honey, homemade Ketchup, Green Goddess Salad Dressing, Ranch dip, and vegetables, and enjoy!
