Preparing the Venison Sausage and Vegetables

  1. First, preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Next, spread out the cauliflower rice onto the sheet pan.
  3. Next, slice the zucchini into “coin” shapes about 1/2 inch thick. Place on top of the cauliflower rice.
    • Note: If you prefer other vegetables over zucchini and cauliflower, you can of course add whatever you please.
  4. Then, slice the link of Venison Sausage in 1/2-inch thickness.
  5. Next, place the sausage on the side of the cauliflower rice and zucchini.
  6. Finally, drizzle the vegetables with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
