- First, preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Next, spread out the cauliflower rice onto the sheet pan.
- Next, slice the zucchini into “coin” shapes about 1/2 inch thick. Place on top of the cauliflower rice.
- Note: If you prefer other vegetables over zucchini and cauliflower, you can of course add whatever you please.
- Then, slice the link of Venison Sausage in 1/2-inch thickness.
- Next, place the sausage on the side of the cauliflower rice and zucchini.
- Finally, drizzle the vegetables with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
