Preparing the Peaches

  1. First, peel and slice the peaches.
  2. Next, place the sliced peaches into the Instant Pot insert.
  3. Then, add in the sugar, Bourbon or Whisky, water, and spices.
  4. Finally, stir to combine.

Ingredients

  • 10 lbs. of fresh, Peaches (about 12-15 peaches)
  • 6 c. Coconut Sugar (can substitute for Granulated or Brown Sugar)
  • 1/2 c. Water
  • 1/2 c. Bourbon or Whiskey
  • 1 tbsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. Ground Ginger
  • 1 tsp. Ground Allspice
