Rolling Out the Sourdough Pizza Dough

  1. After the dough has risen, divide the dough into four sections (This equates to four individual pizzas, however, if you’d prefer to have larger pizzas, divide the dough in half).
  2. Next, on a lightly floured surface and using a rolling pin, roll each of the sections out into a round shape (pizza shape).
  3. Finally, place the rolled-out dough onto lightly-floured parchment paper or onto a pizza stone.
