- Organic, All Purpose, or Gluten-Free Flour
Vegan Lemon Aioli

The Ingredients
- Vegan Mayo
- Lemon Zest
- Lemon Juice
- Minced Garlic
- Ground Black Pepper
Creating the Aioli
- First, in a small, glass mixing bowl, add the Vegan Mayo and stir to remove any lumps.
- Next, add the zest, juice, minced garlic, and pepper. Mix all of the ingredients together.
- Then, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Finally, pour into a small serving bowl and serve alongside the shrimp cakes.
