Venison Sausage Patties are an allergen-friendly dream! These sausage patties are made with lean Ground Venison (Deer Meat), Jimmy Dean Breakfast Sausage, Worcestershire Sauce, salt, and pepper. These are homemade sausage patties which means you are able to control the seasonings that go into them.
The Venison Breakfast Sausage Patty Ingredients
- Ground Venison
- Jimmy Dean’s Breakfast Sausage
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt and Pepper to Taste

Crafting the Venison Sausage Patties
- First, in a large glass or ceramic bowl, mix together all of the ingredients. (I typically use my hands to do this. I find it easier to equally mix the two different kinds of meats together).
- Next, form 1 to 1 1/2-inch-in diameter patties, and place them on a tray.
- Then, heat a nonstick All-Clad Skillet to medium-high heat.
- Next, place the patties into the hot skillet about 1 inch apart from each other. (You may need to cook the patties in batches depending on how large of a skillet you use).
- Then, cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side or until all the pink is cooked through.
- Once they are cooked, place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess grease off of them.
- Finally, eat the sausage patties hot or at room temperature. Enjoy!
