Crafting the Venison Sausage Patties

  1. First, in a large glass or ceramic bowl, mix together all of the ingredients. (I typically use my hands to do this. I find it easier to equally mix the two different kinds of meats together).
  2. Next, form 1 to 1 1/2-inch-in diameter patties, and place them on a tray.
  3. Then, heat a nonstick All-Clad Skillet to medium-high heat.
  4. Next, place the patties into the hot skillet about 1 inch apart from each other. (You may need to cook the patties in batches depending on how large of a skillet you use).
  5. Then, cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side or until all the pink is cooked through.
  6. Once they are cooked, place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess grease off of them.
  7. Finally, eat the sausage patties hot or at room temperature. Enjoy!
