Chicken Salad Sliders

Chicken Salad Sliders are the perfect grab-and-go appetizer for a party. These sliders are filled with homemade Chicken Salad, your favorite toppings, and hugged with warm, Hawaiian Sourdough Rolls.

Allergen-Friendly

These sliders are made with eggless Chicken Salad. They are made using Sourdough Hawaiian Rolls made with Oat Milk instead of Dairy Milk.

The Ingredients

Crafting the Sliders

  1. First off – if you’re making Homemade Sourdough Hawaiian Rolls, allow the rolls to fully cool prior to assembly. However, if you are using store-bought King’s Hawaiian Rolls, you can assemble these immediately.
  2. Once the rolls are cooled to room temperature, take one roll and slice it in half.
  3. Then, spread a tsp of Dijon mustard over both sides of the Sourdough Hawaiian Roll.
  4. Next, place a hefty tbsp of Chicken Salad on one side of the roll.
  5. Then, place a slice of your favorite cheese over the top.
  6. Next, place the other side of the Hawaiian Sourdough Roll on top. Repeat until all sliders are built.
  7. Finally, assemble the sliders onto a wooden serving platter and enjoy!
