Allergen-Friendly

These sliders are made with eggless Chicken Salad. They are made using Sourdough Hawaiian Rolls made with Oat Milk instead of Dairy Milk.
The Ingredients
- Chicken Salad
- Homemade Sourdough Hawaiian Rolls or King’s Hawaiian Rolls
- Dijon Mustard
- Swiss Cheese or favorite sliced Cheese
Crafting the Sliders

- First off – if you’re making Homemade Sourdough Hawaiian Rolls, allow the rolls to fully cool prior to assembly. However, if you are using store-bought King’s Hawaiian Rolls, you can assemble these immediately.
- Once the rolls are cooled to room temperature, take one roll and slice it in half.
- Then, spread a tsp of Dijon mustard over both sides of the Sourdough Hawaiian Roll.
- Next, place a hefty tbsp of Chicken Salad on one side of the roll.
- Then, place a slice of your favorite cheese over the top.
- Next, place the other side of the Hawaiian Sourdough Roll on top. Repeat until all sliders are built.
- Finally, assemble the sliders onto a wooden serving platter and enjoy!
