Mediterranean Tuna Salad Seaweed Bites Ingredients
- Wild Planet Albacore Tuna
- Plain Goat Cheese
- Organic Capers
- Celery
- Scallions
- Garlic Cloves
- Tarragon
- Dill
- Mint
- Olive Oil
- Lemon
- Salt and Pepper
- Roasted Seaweed Sheets

Mixing Up the Mediterranean Tuna Salad
- First, empty the tuna from the bags into a strainer and strain any excess liquid.
- Next, pour the strained tuna into a large mixing bowl.
- Then, combine the goat cheese, capers, lemon zest and juice, and olive oil. Smash with a fork and mix until well combined.
- Next, add the herbs, garlic cloves, and salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Finally, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.

Crafting the Mediterranean Tuna Salad Seaweed Bites
- Once the Mediterranean Tuna Salad has refrigerated for at least 30 minutes, it’s time to make the seaweed bites!
- Next, take a sheet of roasted seaweed out of the package and place it on a serving tray or plate.
- Then, spoon one to two tablespoons of Mediterranean Tuna Salad on top of the roasted seaweed sheet.
- Next, season with a squirt of lemon juice and salt and pepper.
- Finally, repeat until all seaweed sheets and/or tuna salad have been used.





Serving and Storing the Bites
