Creating the Greek Meatballs

  1. First, in a large mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, goat cheese, herbs, and spices.
  2. Next, using a spoon, mix to combine.
  3. Then, add the ground lamb and beef.
  4. Next, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Then, mix to thoroughly incorporate all of the ingredients.
  6. Finally, set aside to warm to room temperature (about 10-15 Minutes)

Air Frying the Greek Meatballs

  1. First, using a tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop the Greek Meatballs out and roll them into a ball.
  2. Next, place it in the basket of an Air Fryer.
  3. Then, repeat steps 1-2 until all meatballs are ready to cook.
    • Note: You may have to work in batches.
  4. Next, air fry the meatballs at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 9-11 minutes.
  5. Finally, remove the air fried Greek Meatballs, place it onto a paper towel-lined plate, and let it cool for about 2-3 minutes.
