Greek Meatballs Ingredients
- Organic Ground Lamb
- Organic Lean Beef (93% Lean, 7% Fat)
- A2 Bellwether or Alexandre Yogurt
- Plain Goat Cheese
- Fresh Oregano
- Fresh Dill
- Fresh Chives
- Organic Dried Parsley
- Garlic
- Ground Coriander

Creating the Greek Meatballs
- First, in a large mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, goat cheese, herbs, and spices.
- Next, using a spoon, mix to combine.
- Then, add the ground lamb and beef.
- Next, season with salt and pepper.
- Then, mix to thoroughly incorporate all of the ingredients.
- Finally, set aside to warm to room temperature (about 10-15 Minutes)


Air Frying the Greek Meatballs
- First, using a tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop the Greek Meatballs out and roll them into a ball.
- Next, place it in the basket of an Air Fryer.
- Then, repeat steps 1-2 until all meatballs are ready to cook.
- Note: You may have to work in batches.
- Next, air fry the meatballs at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 9-11 minutes.
- Finally, remove the air fried Greek Meatballs, place it onto a paper towel-lined plate, and let it cool for about 2-3 minutes.
