  2. Next, add the peeled and deveined shrimp. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Then, toss in the gnocchi and pour in the pesto. Stir to combine.
  4. Next, cook the mixture for 3-5 minutes, or until the shrimp and gnocchi are fully cooked.
  5. Then, turn off the heat and sprinkle in the cheese (if desired). Stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Finally, ladle 1 cup of the Pesto Gnocchi with Shrimp and Vegetables onto a serving plate or bowl; serve immediately!
