Creating the Simple Syrup

  1. First, in an All-Clad pot, combine the water and Agave over medium heat.
  2. Next, mix the water and Agave until it creates a simple syrup.
  3. Finally, set the simple syrup aside to cool to room temperature.

Crafting the Dragon Fruit Margarita Mocktail Mixture

  1. First, once the simple syrup has cooled, pour it into a large pitcher.
  2. Next, add the orange juice, lime juice, Ritual Zero Proof Tequila Alternative, and Dragon Fruit puree. Stir to combine.
  3. Then, place the pitcher into the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Finally, once the mocktail mixture has chilled, add the Topo Chico; stir to combine.

Pour the Cooled Simple Syrup Into a Pitcher; Add the Juices

First, once the simple syrup has cooled, pour it into a large pitcher. Add the orange juice.

Next, add the lime juice.

Add the Dragon Fruit Puree and Ritual Zero Proof Tequila; Stir to Combine

Then, add the Ritual Zero Proof Tequila Alternative, and Dragon Fruit puree.

Stir to combine. Then, place the pitcher into the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Add the Topo Chico Before Serving

Finally, once the mocktail mixture has chilled, add the Topo Chico.

Garnishing the Serving Glasses and Serving the Mocktail

  1. While the mocktail mixture is chilling, cut a lime into slices and rub each slice around the lip of the serving glass.
  2. Next, pour the Tajin onto a small plate.
  3. Then, dip the lime-rubbed rims of the glasses into the Tajin.
  4. Next, fill each of the serving glasses with ice.
    • Note: I used our Nugget ice, but you can use regular freezer ice, a cocktail cube of ice, or whatever you have on hand.
  5. Finally, pour the chilled Dragon Fruit Margarita Mocktail over the ice, and enjoy!
