Shrimp Stir Fry Ingredients
- Shrimp, Peeled and Deveined
- Coconut Aminos’ Teriyaki Sauce or Primal Kitchen’s Teriyaki Sauce
- Avocado Oil
- Water
- Garlic Cloves, Minced
- Fresh Ginger, Minced
- Red or Yellow Bell Pepper, Julienned
- Broccoli Florets
- Carrot, Julienned or Shredded Carrots
- Snap Peas
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Rice or Cauliflower Rice to Serve

Creating the Shrimp Stir Fry
- First, in an All-Clad pan, add the Avocado Oil and heat to medium heat.
- Next, add the minced garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Then, add the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper. Add the water, pop a lid on the vegetables, and allow them to steam for about 5 minutes.
- Next, add the Coconut Aminos’ Teriyaki sauce. Stir to combine.
- Then, add the shrimp. Cook for about 3-5 minutes, or until pink. Turn off the heat.
- Finally, the Shrimp Stir Fry is ready!
