Creating the Shrimp Stir Fry

  1. First, in an All-Clad pan, add the Avocado Oil and heat to medium heat.
  2. Next, add the minced garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Then, add the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper. Add the water, pop a lid on the vegetables, and allow them to steam for about 5 minutes.
  4. Next, add the Coconut Aminos’ Teriyaki sauce. Stir to combine.
  5. Then, add the shrimp. Cook for about 3-5 minutes, or until pink. Turn off the heat.
  6. Finally, the Shrimp Stir Fry is ready!

  • 1/2 - 3/4 c. Coconut Aminos' Teriyaki Sauce or Primal Kitchen's Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Avocado Oil
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • 1 tbsp. Fresh Ginger, Minced
  • 1 Red or Yellow Bell Pepper, Julienned
  • 1 c. Broccoli Florets
  • 1 Carrot, Julienned or 1 c. Shredded Carrots
  • 1 c. Snap Peas
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Rice or Cauliflower Rice to Serve
