Eggless Fried Rice Ingredients
- Riced Cauliflower
- Sesame Oil
- Avocado Oil
- Carrot
- Garlic
- Salt and Pepper
- Ground Ginger
- Minced Onion
- Frozen Petite Peas
- Coconut Aminos
- Diced Lean Protein (Chicken, Shrimp, Turkey, or Bison)
- Chives
- Yellowbird Sriracha

Preparing the Riced Cauliflower
- First, in a microwave-safe bowl, steam the riced Cauliflower until just thawed.
- Next, pour the thawed, riced Cauliflower into a colander and rinse with cold water.
- Then, place a kitchen towel over the rinsed, riced Cauliflower, and press down until most of the liquid is drained out.
- Finally, set it aside until you are ready to use it.

Crafting the Stir Fry
- First, in a large, All-Clad Nonstick Skillet, heat the Sesame Oil and Avocado Oil over medium heat.

- Next, add the Coconut Aminos.
- Then, add the carrots, peas, and cauliflower rice. Saute until cooked through (about 3-5 minutes).
- Next, add the chives. Stir to combine.
- Finally, spoon into a serving bowl, drizzle with Yellowbird Sriracha, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
