Preparing the Riced Cauliflower

  1. First, in a microwave-safe bowl, steam the riced Cauliflower until just thawed.
  2. Next, pour the thawed, riced Cauliflower into a colander and rinse with cold water.
  3. Then, place a kitchen towel over the rinsed, riced Cauliflower, and press down until most of the liquid is drained out.
  4. Finally, set it aside until you are ready to use it.

Steam the Cauliflower Rice

First, in a microwave-safe bowl, empty the frozen Cauliflower Rice.

Steam the riced Cauliflower until thawed (typically for a whole bag it takes about 5-6 minutes).

Crafting the Stir Fry

  1. First, in a large, All-Clad Nonstick Skillet, heat the Sesame Oil and Avocado Oil over medium heat.
  2. Next, add the ground Turkey (or other lean protein of choice).
  3. Then, season the lean protein with the seasonings. Break apart to brown and cook all the way through.
  4. Next, add the Coconut Aminos.
  5. Then, add the carrots, peas, and cauliflower rice. Saute until cooked through (about 3-5 minutes).
  6. Next, add the chives. Stir to combine.
  7. Finally, spoon into a serving bowl, drizzle with Yellowbird Sriracha, and serve immediately. Enjoy!

  • 1 tbsp. Avocado Oil
  • 1 Carrot, Cubed (Fresh or Frozen)
  • 2 tsp. Garlic
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c. Ground Ginger
  • 1/8 tsp. Minced Onion
  • 1 c. Frozen Petite Peas
  • 3 tbsp. Coconut Aminos
  • 4 c. Diced Lean Protein (Chicken, Shrimp, Turkey, or Bison)
  • Chives, Diced (Garnish)
  • Yellowbird Sriracha (Optional)
