Cooking and Serving the Elk Burgers
- First, take the Elk burger patties out of the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature. Bringing the patties to room temperature will help them cook more evenly.
- Next, preheat a Nonstick All-Clad Skillet, indoor grill, or outdoor grill until hot.
- Then, carefully place the Elk patties into the hot skillet and cook for about 3-5 minutes on the first side.
- Next, using a spatula, flip the Elk burger patties over to the second side and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
- Then, remove the burger patties and place them on a paper-towel-lined plate. This will allow any excess fat to drip off.
- Finally, place the burger patties between Sourdough Hamburger Buns or on top of roasted Portabella Caps. Enjoy hot or at room temperature.
