Praline Cream Cheese Frosting is the rich and boosting flavor of the South. Cream Cheese mixed with dark sugars, warm spices, and toasted pecans will take anyone back to New Orleans festivities. Finally, this frosting can be used in various recipes including the classic, Mardi Gras King Cake or Mardi Gras Cupcakes.

Hypoallergenic
This frosting recipe contains some allergen-friendly ingredients, and it can also be adapted to be completely dairy free.
Instead of using Whole Milk or dairy milk, Oat Milk is used. Oat Milk has an oaty taste (hence the name) and has a thick consistency. Because of its thick consistency, this makes for a brilliant replacement for dairy milk.

In addition, Cream Cheese is the base of this frosting. However, if you are allergic to dairy, you can easily substitute dairy cream cheese or non-dairy cream cheese. Vegan Cream Cheese or KiteHill Cream Cheese are two of my personal favorite dairy-free brands.

Finally, this rich frosting is delicious, rich, and full of flavor. Play around with the flavors, ingredients, and consistency, and enjoy the festive flavors of the South.
