Cranberry Cherry Jam is the quintessential holiday jam for homemade bread, rolls, and more. This jam is the perfect balance of sweet and tangy and will take you back to the holiday scent throughout the year. With only five ingredients, this is a simple preserve to whip up for any occasion.

Allergen Friendly
This recipe is allergy-friendly and uses fresh, organic ingredients. Because most jams include pectin in order to give it that well-known texture, I used a vegan-friendly pectin that I ordered from Amazon. If you do not have pectin at home or do not want to wait to order it before making this recipe, you can use 1 tbsp. of fresh, lemon juice in lieu of pectin. It may not give you the same thick consistency, but it will be equally as tasty.

5 Simple Ingredients
- Bag, Organic Cranberries
- Bag, Frozen Organic Cherries (can also substitute for fresh if preferred)
- Granulated Sugar
- Vegan Pectin
- Orange Juice, Freshly Squeezed

Crafting the Cranberry Cherry Jam
- First, in a medium-sized All-Clad pot, combine all of the ingredients.
- Next, stir all of the ingredients together and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- After the mixture has come to a boil, pop the lid onto the pot, and drop it back to low heat and allow it to simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Then, turn the heat off of the pot. Pour the Cranberry Cherry Jam into a blender and pulse until the desired consistency.
- Next, pour the jam mixture into prepared jam jars or an airtight container. Allow the mixture to cool prior to putting it into the refrigerator.

Serving and Storing the Jam
This jam is the perfect complement to any homemade bread, roll, thumbprint cookie, and more! You can choose to serve this jam cold (out of the refrigerator) or at room temperature (simply take the jam out about 10 minutes prior to serving to allow it to warm to room temperature).

In terms of storage, you have a few different options –
- Allow the jam to cool completely in jam jars with the lid on. Store them in the pantry for up to 3 months.
- Store this jam in jars and/or airtight containers for up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
- Store the jam in an airtight container for up to 3 months in the freezer. This makes for the perfect make-ahead jam for any occasion.
