Venison and Sweet Potato Nacho Fries Ingredients
- Avocado Oil
- Sweet Potatoes
- Ground Venison
- Siete Taco Seasoning
- Avocados
- Mexican Shredded Cheese
- Organic Sprouted Pepitas
- Salsa
- Hot Sauce (Optional)

Making the Taco-Seasoned Ground Venison
- First, in an All-Clad Nonstick skillet, heat a teaspoon of Avocado Oil over medium heat.
- Next, add the pound of ground Venison (or another lean meat).
- Then, add the packet of Siete Taco Seasoning over the meat.
- Next, break up the meat using a spatula.
- Then, brown the meat until cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
- Finally, once the ground Venison is cooked, turn off the heat.

Cook for 10-15 Minutes or Until Cooked Through

Crafting the Sweet Potato Fries
- First, peel the sweet potatoes using a vegetable peeler.
- Next, cut the sweet potatoes into matchsticks and then slice the matchsticks in half or thinly. Place them into a mixing bowl.
- Then, drizzle one teaspoon of Avocado oil over the sweet potato “fries,” and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat.
- Next, place an even layer of sweet potato fries into the Air Fryer at 375-390 degrees Fahrenheit for 12-15 minutes flipping halfway.
- Note: You may need to work in batches depending on how big your air fryer is or how many fries you have.
- Finally, once the fries are crispy and cooked, move them to a wire rack to cool, slightly, until serving.

Notes
