Recently, my daughter and I went and picked blueberries at a local Blueberry Farm - Blase Family Farms. She and I walked through the blueberry bushes and picked the dark blue, blueberries (meaning the ripe ones), and filled up our picking buckets. As we paid for the blueberries we picked, my mind began racing with all the recipes I could make using freshly picked, blueberries. Thus, came the inspiration for these recipes and web story. This Summer, I challenge you (and your kiddos) to get outside, visit a local farm, and create recipes together. Happy Blueberry picking and Summer fun!
