Setting the Bourbon Vanilla Ice Cream

  1. After you have shaken the Mason Jar with the ice cream base inside, carefully place it into the freezer (standing upright).
  2. Next, freeze the ice cream for 6+ hours or until set, hardened, and creamy.
    • Note: I let mine set up for 12+ hours during the night. I made the base around 7:00 pm, and let it set up overnight. This eliminated the temptation of tasting it before it was ready, too.
  3. Finally, open the Mason Jar lid, grab a spoon, and dig into the soft, creamy, and boozy Bourbon Vanilla Ice Cream!
