Shake It!

Setting the Bourbon Vanilla Ice Cream
- After you have shaken the Mason Jar with the ice cream base inside, carefully place it into the freezer (standing upright).
- Next, freeze the ice cream for 6+ hours or until set, hardened, and creamy.
- Note: I let mine set up for 12+ hours during the night. I made the base around 7:00 pm, and let it set up overnight. This eliminated the temptation of tasting it before it was ready, too.
- Finally, open the Mason Jar lid, grab a spoon, and dig into the soft, creamy, and boozy Bourbon Vanilla Ice Cream!
